My Story
Just like many other practitioners, my wellness journey started with my own health struggles, starting with a diagnosis of ‘IBS’, numerous food intolerances to then a later diagnosis of PCOS... I was always left feeling unheard, powerless over my health and without any guidance. These challenges sparked a fire within me to seek answers and explore the incredible healing power of nature, food as medicine and our body’s own innate ability to heal itself naturally – which lead me to studying a Bachelor’s degree in Naturopathy.
Fast forward to now and I am honoured that I get to support and guide so many women towards feeling their best and overcoming their health challenges holistically. Instead of feeling dismissed, unheard, told ‘it’s normal’ or given a pill to cover up a symptom, we seek to find and heal the underlying cause so that you can live in alignment with your highest self, all with a gentle and sustainable approach.
When I’m not geeking out over pathology tests, herbal remedies, research papers or listening to a webinar or health podcast, you’ll find me chasing sunsets by the ocean, paddle boarding and embracing the salty breeze or hiking through the bush, reconnecting with nature. I also have a special place in my heart for horse riding after spending my entire childhood with these beautiful animals, competing around the state in equestrian or simply riding along the beach.
