Our hormones are powerful messengers and when we understand how to support and work with them, we can experience incredible results. 

For a long time, women’s hormones and periods have been swept under the carpet and we have just been given a pill or told that it’s normal to be in pain, endure heavy bleeds, cyclical acne, breast tenderness, irritability, moodiness and let’s not forget weight gain either, the weight gain that others blame on your diet or lack of physical exercise yet, you’re restricting your calories, trying every weight loss diet there is and exercising for hours each day.

Understanding your Hormones

In this module, we uncover the many truths about our hormones, what your body is trying to tell you and how you can better support your hormones. You will learn the art of cycle tracking, how and why our diet, exercise and lifestyle need to change at different phases of our cycle and how to use this to your advantage.

Phase 1: Cleanse & Reset 

The Reset and Cleanse is a 30 day protocol that will allow you to gently detoxify your body naturally, improve your energy levels, begin to establish healthy eating and lifestyle habits and pave the way towards healthier, happier and balanced hormones. You may even notice improvements in other areas of your health such as more radiant glowing skin, less brain fog, improved gut health, less cravings, easier weight management and perhaps even better moods.

Phase 2: Re-balance

This is where the foundations for healthy hormones are laid and you really begin to delve into learning about nourishing foods, lifestyle practices, supporting optimal gut health (& why this is important for hormone balance), the impact of stress and how to balance and support your adrenals, the importance of light and a balanced circadian rhythm & much more.

  • How long can I access the program for?
    Once you purchase the Hormone Reset, you will have access to the modules for 12 months. Additionally, you can also download many of the content material provided.
  • Will the program still benefit me if I am on hormonal contraception?
    Although you won't be able to track your cyclical changes and hormonal shifts while on hormonal contraception, the program will still support you and provide you with knowledge and tools on how to best support your body through nutrition and lifestyle practices. If you are on hormonal contraception, it's important to look at any adverse effects herbs and supplements may have on the effectiveness of your hormonal contraception.
  • How much does it cost?
    The Program is an investment of $250 AUD. This cost does not include additional 1:1 Naturopathic Support.
  • How long will it take me?
    The program is self-paced and you have 12 months access. Some women finish the program within 1-2 months while others may take longer. The program is not focused on how long it takes, it focuses on developing long-term habits, not just a short-term fling.
