Naturopathic Consultation Process
Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation focuses on exploring your current health concerns and goals. The initial consultation aims to understand your unique health needs and imbalances by delving into your diet and lifestyle practices, you and your family's health history as well as reviewing relevant body-systems including gut health, hormones, thyroid function, metabolic, skin health and more.

After your consultation, I will discuss potential further testing required and you will receive an initial preliminary treatment plan (sent to you after the consultation).

All treatment plans are individualised and evidence based. This means your initial treatment plan is only a preliminary treatment plan that will focus on a few key dietary and lifestyle adjustments to support you initially. During your follow-up consultation, I will provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan that has been researched and carefully created to ensure you are receiving a treatment plan that supports your unique health and lifestyle.
Fees - $165 (60 minutes)
With Pathology Interpretation +$20 (60-90 minutes)
Follow-up Consultation
Your follow-up consultation will be 2-3 weeks after your initial consultation. During this consultation, I will check in to see how you are progressing and discuss any pathology findings. I will also discuss your individualised treatment plan and work with you to make any adjustments to ensure it is right for you and your current lifestyle. You may receive a herbal and/or nutritional prescription to further support your healing.
Fees - $110 (45 minutes)
With Pathology Interpretation + $20 (45-60 minutes)
Review Consultation
Regular review consultations, which are typically scheduled every 3-8 weeks, play a crucial role in treatment. They allow for adjustments based on personal progress, pathology tests, and prescription needs. These sessions ensure treatments remain tailored and effective, adapting to evolving health needs.
Regular - $90 (30minutes)
Acute 20 minute phone call - $60 (Includes basic prescription changes, including during acute illness and answering questions).
Acute Consultation
The purpose of an acute consultation is to gain access to practitioner grade supplements and personalised herbal tonics. Supplements and herbal tonic prices are not included in the initial consultation fee as these vary. However, see below for example prices of specific herbal tonics. The herbal tonics I prescribe are to improve the following health concerns: immune function, gut and digestion support and hormone balance.

✘ Supplement or herbal prescriptions before your acute consultation is completed.

Functional Pathology Testing
I prioritise optimal health through comprehensive consultations and tailored functional pathology testing. This individualized approach uncovers deeper insights into dysfunctions, imbalances, deficiencies, and overgrowths within the body. The testing options, personalized to each client, may include the following:
